UK Next Day Delivery Costs £5.99

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 1pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 1pm to be delivered on Saturday.

UK Saturday Delivery Costs £9.99

If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

Unfortunately TSHKA is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by TSHKA. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

At TSHKA, we strive to process and hand over your parcel to the delivery courier as quickly as possible. However, once the parcel is with the delivery courier , any delays in delivery are beyond our control. We understand that delays can be frustrating, but it's important to note that our shipping charge does not function as a guaranteed money-back service for delivery times.

We recommend checking the tracking information provided, as it will give the most accurate updates from the delivery courier.

To ensure you receive your order without any issues, please verify that your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, given that the delivery fee is already discounted during the checkout process.
