UK Next Day Delivery Costs £5.99

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 1pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 1pm to be delivered on Saturday.

UK Saturday Delivery Costs £8.99

If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

Unfortunately TSHKA is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by TSHKA. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

To ensure a smooth and secure delivery process, TSHKA requires a physical street address for all orders. We do not ship to PO Boxes, as many couriers require someone to be present to sign for the package. Additionally, PO Boxes are located in shared spaces at the post office, where deliveries may not be securely received.

If a PO Box is provided at checkout, our team will reach out via email to request a valid street address. Please note that this may cause delays in processing your order. To avoid any interruptions, we recommend entering a physical address at the time of purchase.
