Returns & Exchanges
Should you seek to initiate a return or exchange for your items, we offer the choice between a store credit return or an exchange. This policy is applicable solely to non-defective, undamaged items. Items on sale, e-books, nipple covers, and earrings are also excluded.
*Sale items are eligible for exchange only for the same item in an alternative size.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
The Process
The process to return is as follows:
1. Visit our return portal here
2. Enter Details: You will need your order number and email/ phone number associated with the order.
3. Select Store Credit or Exchange: Choose whether you'd like to return the item for store credit or exchange it for another product.
4. Submit Your Request: Once you've entered all the necessary information, submit your return request through the portal.
5. Await Approval Email: After submitting your request, our team will review it within 24 hours. You'll receive an approval email with return instructions if your request is accepted. If your request is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the possible reasons.
6. Follow Return Instructions: If your return request is approved, follow the instructions provided in the approval email to complete the return process.

Other
Store credit is an electronic note issued by a business to a customer in place of a refund. A credit note acts like a voucher/ gift card that can only be used for the particular business that issued the credit note.
Store credit will expire 1 year after the issue date. Store credits can be used on any item in the TSHKA store.
If you pay partly with store credit and partly with another payment method, any refunds will be processed back solely on a new credit note.
Once store credit is processed, you will receive an email with your code, amount available on your store credit and the expiry date.
To minimise customs charges and expedite the processing of your international shipments, we kindly advise keeping the declared value of your parcels below £20 whenever possible. This threshold typically exempts packages from additional duties and taxes in many countries, facilitating smoother delivery and avoiding unexpected costs upon receipt. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this guideline, which helps ensure a seamless shipping experience for all parties involved.
Any package returned to us by Royal Mail, will automatically be refunded to store credit. The shipping cost will be deducted.
TSHKA assumes no responsibility for return packages that might be lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Furthermore, we do not provide refunds for packages that have been lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.
