Returns & Exchanges
At TSHKA, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order. For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit or exchanges on eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Customers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, following the standard cancellation period, and subject to our standard return conditions.
Items returned outside this statutory period will be processed in accordance with our store policy, which offers store credit or an exchange only. Please note, sale items, customised items, nipple covers and earrings are not eligible for return.
The Process
The process to return is as follows:
1. Visit our return portal here
2. Enter Details: You will need your order number and email/ phone number associated with the order.
3. Submit Your Request: Once you've entered all the necessary information, submit your return request through the portal.
4. Await Approval Email: After submitting your request, our team will review it within 24 hours. You'll receive an approval email with return instructions if your request is accepted. If your request is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the possible reasons.
5. Follow Return Instructions: If your return request is approved, follow the instructions provided in the approval email to complete the return process.

Other
Any package returned to us by Royal Mail, will automatically be refunded to store credit. The shipping cost will be deducted.
Please note that TSHKA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For any international returns, please ensure the declared value is marked as £20 or below. Items declared above this amount may be refused and automatically returned to the sender.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@tshka.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to cancel. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
TSHKA assumes no responsibility for return packages that might be lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Furthermore, we do not provide refunds for packages that have been lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.
